Deposit and withdrawal methods

Wherever possible we return a withdrawal to the same method you deposited with, though we may pay through a different system when needed. Card withdrawals up to the total you have deposited by card may be paid as refunds back to that card. Our finance team processes payouts between 06:00 and 17:00 GMT, Monday to Friday, so a request raised over the weekend is handled on the next business day. Before any withdrawal, each deposit must be wagered at least once. If that 1x play-through is not met, winnings may be cancelled and a fee kept — 10% of your last deposit, with a minimum of 0.50 GBP, or 15% if you deposited by bank card or bank transfer. This same 1x rule sits alongside the terms of our welcome bonus.

Withdrawal Limits by VIP Level

How much you can withdraw depends on your VIP level, which we set from your activity over the 90 calendar days before each request, including your deposit-to-withdrawal ratio and the bonuses you have received. The figures below are the per-day and per-month limits in pounds.

More activity lifts you through the levels, so a Level 5 account can withdraw three times the daily amount of Level 1. Each limit works on the same rolling 90-day basis.

Processing Times, Fees and Fund Safety

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set at our discretion rather than fixed figures, and withdrawals are paid within 3 business days of the request and/or 3 business days after your previous withdrawal was paid. Because our finance department works 06:00–17:00 GMT on weekdays only, timing a request for early in the week keeps the wait shortest.

Refunds are generally not given. If you need one, request it within 24 hours of the transaction and we respond within 10 business days; a refund is not possible once the deposit or its bonus has been used to bet, and any identity documents we ask for must arrive within 30 days or the funds are forfeited. If an account stays inactive for 180 days without a login, a 5 GBP monthly admin fee applies until the balance reaches zero — worth keeping in mind before you close an account that still holds a balance.

Your money is held separately from company funds in dedicated client bank accounts and is protected in the event of insolvency, which is part of how we keep play safe. If we credit an amount in error we may write it off, and any amount wrongly debited is refunded within 30 days of detection. Player-to-player transfers are not permitted.
